Prestige Event Service: Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Prestige Event Service. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Booking & Payment
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. This retainer is applied toward the total event cost. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event date. For events booked within 15 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Late Payment Policy: Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 5% late payment fee. No refunds are provided for late payments.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Retainer: The initial 25% payment is non-refundable, as it secures your booking and reserves your date.
- Cancellations made:
- 90+ days before the event: Subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the contracted total.
- 89 days or fewer before the event: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the contracted total.
- If the event is rescheduled, payments made may be applied to the new date if scheduled at least 90 days in advance.
- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing
Service Details
Mock-Tail Bar Events: We provide a fully equipped mock-tail bar with professional bartenders, non-alcoholic beverages, and all required supplies.
Alcohol Events: If your event includes alcohol, please refer to our detailed service agreement for policies regarding alcohol procurement, service, and safety
Event Safety and Conduct
Prestige Event Service will provide a safe and professional environment. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately..
Clients and guests must:
- Provide access to utilities (e.g., electricity, water) for the bar.
- Notify us of any event changes (schedule, location) at least 7 days in advance.
- Refrain from unauthorized alcohol service at the event.
Weather Policy
Extreme Weather: If adverse weather affects the event, parties will work to reschedule or relocate the services as needed.
Temperature Policy: Outdoor events are subject to cancellation or relocation if temperatures are below 50°F or above 95°F unless appropriate accommodations (heating, shade, cooling) are provided. Weather-related cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation fees.
Media Release
Prestige Event Service may photograph or record events for marketing purposes. You may opt out by submitting a written request at least 7 days before the event.
Liability
Prestige Event Service is not responsible for damages to property, equipment, or injuries caused by third parties or guests. The client assumes responsibility for ensuring the venue is safe and suitable for our services.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our business and advance preparation, we do not provide refunds. Payments are used to secure your booking, purchase products, and ensure staffing, as well as cover operational costs.
