Prestige event service

WE NOW ONLY REQUIRE 25% RETAINER TO SECURE SERVICES.

Prestige Event Service and all employees are responsible for monitoring the amount of alcohol that is being served to only those who are 21 years of age and older. We are required by TABC to ask anyone to reveal a government issued ID if we feel they could possibly be underage.

Prestige Event Service will not be held responsible for damages to equipment or property during the event.

  • We will make sure no one is being over served during the event. The bartender will use his/her discretion to cease serving those who are visibly intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or who are in danger to themselves or others.
  • If anyone from the guest list wishes to bring their own alcohol to the event will be asked to turn what they brought over to the bartender(s).
  • If anyone is seen with what the bartender(s) are not serving, or to anyone that is NOT 21, they will be asked to hand everything over to them. If they do not comply, security will get involved. If underage drinking persists, or guests continue to self serve, we will shut the bar down, and no refunds will be given.
  • No one is allowed to self-serve. Only the bartender(s) that are hired for the event are the only ones who can serve alcohol.
  • No shots will be served during the event. It must be on ice with a mixer. Please understand the safety of our clients and their guests is our top priority. We want everyone to have a great time, but to also get home safely after the event is over.
  • If at any time during the event the bar runs out of product(s), we have no choice but to close the bar down early, no refunds will be given.
  • No one is allowed to leave during the event to go get more alcohol.

Prestige Event Service and staff will demonstrate professionalism at all times while onsite. Prestige Event Service does not tolerate any crude or inappropriate behavior towards the client and their guests at the event from any staff member. If this behavior persists, that staff member will be replaced by another staff member.

We do not tolerate any crude or inappropriate behavior towards all Prestige Event Service employees. If this happens, we will have to ask the person(s) to leave the premises. If they do not comply and this behavior persists, Prestige Event Service will stop all service and leave the premises. NO refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policies

Client understands that upon entering this service contract, Prestige Event Service is committing time and resources to this event.

Thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.

Event Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable initial payment is required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event date. We will send payment reminders and an invoice.

Since our events are booked well in advance, it’s hard to fill late cancellations.

Cancellations made 89 days or less will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the contracted total. If Prestige Event Service is able to rebook your contracted event date, you will be responsible for 70% of the contracted total.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Your retainer/payments credit can be used toward a rescheduled booking, or a new booking altogether that you plan in the future. Setting a new date will need to be 90+ days in advance of the new event date.
